A Message of Gratitude "FIT" to Last

As we approach the Thanksgiving holiday, we can’t help but reflect on how grateful we are for partnerships we’ve built with our clients. We extend a big thanks to our clients that trust us with improving their digital footprint. We take great pride in the opportunity to help companies grow. But the relationships we’ve built with our clients extend beyond the research, reports, and campaigns. Each of our team members here at SpotOn are personally invested with many hours, creative thinking and personal care in their clients’ growth and unique partnership. It’s no wonder more than half of all of our clients have been with us for multiple years.

There are many factors that contribute to our solid client partnerships, but we attribute one major contributor to establishing these partnerships from the start - a system we dub our Fit Matrix. When considering potential clients, Robyn, our CEO, wants to ensure that we are a good fit for the client but also that the client is a good fit for us. When we have our first discovery call, it’s not only to learn about your business but to listen for cues to be sure our values align, our process will be efficient and personalities will jive.

WHAT IS THE SPOTON FIT MATRIX

Our Fit Matrix is a series of questions we ask ourselves about the potential client and we then rate them on our Fit scale. For example, a few points of criteria include -- are the people kind and open-minded, is the company making a difference in their space, can we make an even greater difference with them?  Sure, we can come up with and implement successful and comprehensive marketing strategies regardless, but we want more than that with our clients.

WHY DOES THE FIT SCORE WORK?

In the end, our Fit score helps us prioritize our opportunities for the greatest impact for success. We have a happier team and happier clients when the Fit score is high and the right team members are matched up with the right clients.

We are passionate about our clients and our clients' dreams and goals for their business. That’s what allows us to do the best we can do to help them succeed. We want to love our client’s company as much as they love their company. We want to know how we can help them and know they are ready to be helped. All these factors play into just the right partnership.

Currently not a client but interested in becoming partners to see your company grow? We’d love to chat. Shoot a message and we’ll be in touch.

Wishing all of you a Happy Thanksgiving from our families to yours.
